Questionnaires

When we start any new project, we like to get to know our clients, their audiences, challenges and needs. If you would like to supply more information, please fill out the questionnaires below, but don’t worry, these are not required, and if you don’t know all of the answers, no problem. This is just intended to get a baseline and we can figure the rest out later.
